Long story short, I have had these "scars" on my glutes since I was 18, I'm 28 now. They were a result of getting injections in my glutes to treat malaria. The one on the left got infected and burst outward while the right just looks like a depression. When I press on the left scar area it feels like there's something hard and vertical in there. Both hurt when massaged. I have a BBL scheduled for Nov this year. Can it be fixed that way?
