I highly recommend having a few in person, consultations before considering BBL surgery. The contour problem on your buttocks is not related to a lack of volume. This will most likely not be corrected with fat grafting, and can make the condition worse.
And thorough in person consultation should’ve explained this to you.
I don’t think a BBL alone is going to get you the outcome you’re looking for. You situation is complex and deserves proper evaluation.
If you have not done so already, I suggest having multiple in person, consultations with plastic surgeons, who have a proven track record with this procedure to explain your candidacy, including what the procedure can, and cannot accomplish.
