If you are only 3 months post-BBL, there is likely more fat necrosis to come and thus more dents as well.

You are in good company with many others who had high hopes for BBL but instead received disappointing results (lumpiness, unevenness, lack of projection in the central and/or lower buttock, post-deflation sagging, etc.) as most of the fat melts away. It is not quite as much the quality of the doctor nor liposuction technique but rather the quality of the procedure that is a large part of the problem. Thus, going back for round 2 BBL most often producmmhes the same disappointing results but at another financial loss. Buttock implants indeed provide a more reliable, predictable, relatively safe, and permanent result, especially for adding projection to the buttock and often smoothing out lumpiness. Occasionally a lower buttock tuck may be advantageous for lower buttock fold asymmetries and/or sagging. Please keep in mind that an extremely few number of board-certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants so be sure to consult with one that is reputable and experienced. Unfortunately you may have to travel long and far away from home to find this particular surgeon. Glad to help.

It takes 8-12 months for fat grafts to take, settle and result to mature. Only after that time you should discuss your options with a surgeon. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Thank you for your pictures and questions. It is likely that these dents are a result of true cellulite dimples. There are many options on the market to treat cellulite, but Aveli is the best in our experience. It is not the same cost as a BBL (unless you are getting a bargain basement BBL). Find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who offers it.

Only see dents in 1 of the posted photos? Plus your buttocks are of different sizes? I think you need round 2 lipo under 1 liter if you have any available donor fat with reshaping BBL to smaller dented buttock. Also release with either Aveli instrument or specialized needle plus filling with fat or fillers (Radeisse/Sculptra/HA). Fees if doing rhinip\oplasty also $15,000 if no rhino fee $8,000. I feel your best option is to have a revision micro BBL to repair the left cheek dents. When releasing the 'bands' that hold the skin down (especially with a Nokor needle), one must make sure that the skin once released does not go too far out filled with fat leaving an outward lump. This has always been a slippery slope with either releasing too many bands, or not enough.
I feel that because your dent is not too large, local release and accurate fat transfer should resolve most of your issues.

I think your BBL result is exceptional. You had more cellulite in your before picture than your after picture which is actually quite rare.
Fat transfer can easily make cellulitis worse but in your case it seems to be improved.
My recommendation is to count your blessings did you chose your surgeon well and leave good enough alone.
That to me looks like a phenomenal outcome.
I see no indication for having revision work done. If you have concerns about the outcome of your procedure perhaps you should spend more time looking at your before pictures.
