I’m 7 months post op Ethnic Rhinoplasty. I loved my table pics and my post op nose up until around the 4 month mark. The slope I had before completely disappeared and now I’m left with a straight triangle shaped nose, large hard tip due to the rib and I’ve developed a hump over the past two months. I feel like it’s getting worse as the time goes on. My smile is altered to the point where I’m self conscious about smiling ( I had a beautiful smile before) because my tip is so pointy.
