Are my ethnic rhinoplasty results acceptable? 7 months post op (photo)

One of the challenges in ethnic rhinoplasty is managing the way thicker skin behaves over time as it heals over the nasal framework. It's important for the structure of the nose to be addressed properly during rhinoplasty so that the shape of the nose becomes more beautiful with further healing, instead of losing its refinement or even collapsing.

It is very critical to decide before undergoing surgery as to what you expect. The table photograph actually looks more of a caucasian nose. The nose keeps changing. You have to give it a whole year to see the final result. With African American nose the sharp bridge and narrow tip do not look good. Since the photographs are not done the standard way it is difficult to make a good assessment.
Reach out to your surgeon with your concerns but don't do any revision for at least a year.
