I had an arm lift 9 months ago and feel that too much loose skin remains. My surgeon agrees more skin could come off and has offered to do a revision. I’m struggling to weigh the pros and cons and come to a decision on how to proceed. I'm really unhappy with the amount of loose skin that remains, but since the surgery, I have no feeling in the backside of my upper left arm. Massage, lymphatic drainage and acupuncture have not helped. I'm worried a revision will bring about further nerve damage to this arm or to the right arm (which is currently fine). My incisions have healed up nicely so I’m also reluctant to touch those a second time.

Further photos of your arms away from your body are needed for the best recommendation. Liposuction would remove some of the "bulk" fat from the arms. If the skin laxity is mild then J-Plasma should help. If it is more severe where it is loose or hanging then an arm lift may be a better...
I would suggest first doing some liposuction to help smooth out the fuller areas, then, once healed, consider a scar revision and release the band. After the revision, start micro-needling about 4 weeks later to help improve the scar.
