27F, 5'2, 149lbs, BBL 6 years ago - what can be done for cellulite/hips? (Photo)

F/27/5”2/149lbs I had a BBL with fat transfer to hips back in 2018. After the bbl, I was left with terrible cellulite. Now, it looks like where the fat was added to my hips there is like a hard stop. It is very noticeable. What can be done to fix this? Laser lipo? Another round or cellulite treatment?

It is very likely that cellulite does not have much to do with fat grafting in most patients. Deformiteis after fat trasnfer are result of unpredictable fat resorbtion as well as disstribution of fat grafts during surgery. Mild deformity like yours can be easily corrected with a combination of fat grafting and selective liposuction. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with significant expertise in fat grafting is recommended. Good luck.

A  surgical fat transfer is a cosmetic surgery to move fat from one part of the body to another. It is also known as "fat grafting" or "lipomodeling."
The goal is to remove unwanted fat from one area of ​​the body, and use it to smooth or increase the size of another area.
