I had a BBL two years ago and I immediately was unhappy with my results as I wa given such wide and uneven hips and my butt from the back still appeared flat. About a month later I noticed what looked like a lump on one cheek and I’m not sure if it is bad fat placement or what. It does not bother me and never has but it’s just not pleasant to look at. Can I achieve a smaller butt shape with a BBL revision or lipo to the butt and can this fat just be Lipo’ed out ?
