I got a bbl with butt implants 2 years ago (intramuscular) and it came out asymmetrical and saggy. I can feel the right implant is placed higher than the left and it bothers me a lot. Last year I went to the same Dr to get it fixed. He performed another bbl on me but did not want to touch the right implant because he said it was only a centimeter high , and it would be a risky procedure. After I healed I noticed it is still asymmetrical and saggy. What do I do to fix this ? What are my options?
