I had lipo/BBL 1 year ago and around week 2-3 I noticed my stomach looking wierd, not flat and large pores . I continued to get massages, machine treatments, carboxy until month 7-8. I finally requested a dr follow up and was told I should get 4 radio frequency treatments then a revision. The office mngr said I don’t have scar tissue but the doctor wasn’t there so I’m not sure. I also have a huge dent on my butt which COULB BE cellulite so not sure what can be done about that, thoughts?
Answer: Brazilian butt lift results Dear Limabean7, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Irregularities after liposuction Residual fat deposits and deep scars are mostly responsible for post-liposuction deformities like yours. Continue with massage and pressure application over protruding area but ultimately you will need surgical revision. This should be done not sooner than 1 year after surgery based on our experience. You should talk with your surgeon about your next step. Good luck.

Answer: My Recomendation Dear LimaBean7, thanks for sharing your concerns, to provide a proper opinion abour BBL more pictures are needed, however I can say that your abdomen might need massages and ultrasound but it seemed the best option could be a Mini Tummy tuck to get rid of the skin excess an dprovide that flat look you are looking for. Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.

Answer: BBL results To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure, we need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. Based on the pictures you did provide it Looks like you had overly aggressive lip section and also had Skin laxity. Plastic surgery outcomes are generally based on patient candidacy combined with the skill and Xperience of the provider. In regards to Liposuction, you may not have been an ideal candidate because of laxity most likely due to previous pregnancies. At the same time, the treatment looks like it was on the aggressive side and may have left an uneven fat Delivering consistent quality liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons who approach master of this procedure is in reality quite small. I don’t think it’s going to be easy to improve the appearance of your abdomen without converting this to a full tummy tuck. Liposuction should be viewed as a permanent and more or less irreversible procedure. The buttocks has a lot of connective tissue. This is why many people have cellulite on this part of the body. That connective tissue can limit the projection from transfer. The areas with the most connective tissue may have the least ability to project while surrounding areas with less connective tissue project more. This is one of the major reasons some individuals will have a flat spot on their buttocks, usually around the pressure bearing area before and after the BBL procedure. If you want a proper second opinion consultation, then schedule that as an in person consultation with other plastic surgeons in your community. For second opinion consultations come prepared bringing with you a complete set of proper before and after pictures and a copy of your operative report. These are all part of of your medical records and can be obtained by simply requesting from your current provider. The number of plastic surgeons who are truly excellent at Liposuction and fat transfer is in reality quite small. Most plastic surgeons think they’re better at Liposuction than they actually are. Patients should be mire critical and highly selective when it comes to choosing providers than they may think is necessary. I usually recommend patients have multiple consultations before selecting a provider. Best, Mats Hagstrom M D
