Do I wear compression garment for hip fat transfer and BBL? Will it compromise my results?

Will be getting Lipo on abdomen, flanks and back with fat transfer to hips and BBL....What type of compression garment can I use post-op? I am worried that a compression garment will flatten my hips and compromise the fat grafting there. Can I just use garment for abdomen and not wear one for butt and hips so as not to compromise the hip fat transfer? Please advise. Thank you.
