Is tip derogation very difficult to achieve? Im seeing doctors post that it is, or are they just not experienced? I had rhinoplasty in February and - my tip is rotated up and my columella (I believe thats the name for it) Is hanging more. So my nostrils show more as does my columella. -my nostrils are now cheerio shaped instead of the lovely oval/ Kidney bean shape they had before. I believe derotating the tip will give me back the shape I like. bottom line, is derotating a tip as a revision do-able?
