Thank you for your question and including photographs. It appears that you have ptosis of one of your eyelids. From the photographs it is unclear of how significant the asymmetry is. There are multiple treatment options available; however, you must first see and oculoplastic surgeon in the office for comprehensive evaluation. Good luck.
I do see what you are talking about. I'm not sure which is the problem eye because your photos are reversed! I'm guessing it's the right. There are eyedrops that help temporarily, but it only last a couple of hours and really is not worth the expense. A surgery may be an option, but you look very young and I would advise against surgery at your young age. Weight loss will NOT help. At some point, see a plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon for a formal evaluation. Good luck!
Thanks for your question. You should visit an oculoplastic surgeon first. He or she should be able to diagnose the problem and provide you with the best recommendations.
I believe one of your photos is reversed. Regardless, i agree with you that the eyelids are uneven. You should first consult with an oculoplastics surgeon to make sure there is no underlying process causing the uneveness. Once that has been ruled out, there is tape that i supposed to help with the appearance of excess skin in your eyelids. Best of luck!

Thank you for your question. Your lower eyelids appear mildly dark in the photos. If this is from thin skin revealing blood vessels beneath it, then there is no available treatment that works well. If the skin is pigmented, there are bleaching creams and lasers that could improve the darker...
It appears that you have ptosis in your photographs. You should be evaluated in person by an oculoplastic surgeon who can determine what your problem is and guide you with possible treatment options. If surgery is warranted, you should recover very quickly. Good luck.
