It was a great experience. I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction and all the process was smooth and just perfect. I highly highly recommend this doctor as he is friendly and very nice when it comes to the surgery procedure.
I've always been unhappy with the texture of my skin, despite the many treatments & skincare products I've tried. Dr. Pitzer helped me decide on the Co2 laser and botox, and I am SO happy with my results. He was genuinely attentive and reassuring throughout the process, and took a lot of time to make sure I was healing well and following the post-care protocol. He made sure my expectations were reasonable, and was not salesly AT ALL, like the other doctor I had a consultation with. The procedure was also significantly less costly at Dr. Pitzer's office than with the other doctor. I also appreciated that Dr. Pitzer respected my preference to use organic, natural skincare products instead of the industry standard brands. The best part about my consultation with Dr Pitzer was totally unexpected-- he noticed a lot of tension in my jaw, and told me I may have TMJ. He recommended Botox in my masseters. I didn't even know that was an option. I feel so much less tense now, and my face has gotten softer with a more flattering jawline.
The procedure that you likely need is a septorhinoplasty, which is surgically fixing the internal and external aspects of the nose. The parts of the surgery that improve your breathing will likely be covered by insurance, and your insurance company will likely make that known prior to any procedure. They will probably need medical records and a letter from your surgeon explaining exactly what is going on.I would recommend seeing an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who can appropriately assess you and discuss all the options with you.All the best!
If the iopidine drops aren't helping, unfortunately nothing else likely will, except time.No Botox effects are permanent, and fortunately the negative effects don't tend to last long.I'm sorry this happened to you, but know that everything will go back to normal in time. All the best.
So the lumps in your lips may be from the filler, or they could simply persistent but swelling from the injection. Some gentle massage of the lips and warm compresses may help resolve persistent swelling, and the bumps might improve on their own over the next week or so, especially if they are simply swelling. However, I would recommend letting your injector know what is happening, as they will likely want to see you in person to fully evaluate you. If the bumps do persist for more than another week or so, hyaluronidase can be used to dissolve any filler causing the bumps. All the best!
From the photo you provided, it is possible that you have eyelid ptosis -- which is when the upper eyelid hangs down a bit lower over the eye than it should. Depending on the reason for this drooping of the eyelids, surgery may be an option for you. I would recommend seeing an experienced oculoplastic surgeon who can perform a full medical and physical exam for you and discuss the best options. All the best!
From the photos you provided, I think an aesthetic nasal surgery (rhinoplasty) would make the biggest difference in improving your profile. I recommend seeing an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who will likely recommend removing some of your nasal hump and adjusting the tip of your nose. All the best!
