Can you get rhinoplasty after tear trough implants? Do they affect the osteotomy/narrowing of nasal bones?

I had tear trough implants several years ago, and am now considering a rhinoplasty. Does the placement of the tear trough implants prevent a successful osteotomy/narrowing of nasal bones due to the placement?
