The asymmetrical nose can be caused from a broken nose or trauma and the nose becomes crooked. The asymmetrical appearance of your nose that concerns youcan be realistically cosmetically improved with a rhinoplasty and possible septoplasty..Keep in mind that followingadvice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell youexactly what to do based on limited two dimensional photos without examiningyou, physically feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking afull medical history and discussing the pros and cons of the operativeprocedure would not be in your best surgery. Natural appearing results need tobe individualized and what is appropriate for one patient is not necessarilythe best for someone else. I would suggest that you find a surgeon certified bythe American Board of American Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a memberof The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) or facial plasticsurgeon (otolaryngologist) that you trust and are comfortable with. You shoulddiscuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.Robert Singer, M.D., FACSLa Jolla, California
