Could moving too soon or closing car doors shortly after BA cause my implants to sit further apart on my chest now?

I feel like my breasts have always been kind of wide set, but it seems like my implants are very much towards the sides of my chest. It's hard to get cleavage because of the way they are. I'm worried that because I didn't have a lot of pain and was up and moving right away that I somehow pushed them apart by closing doors or moving too soon? Could they continue to move outward if I do chest exercises from time to time in an exercise class?
