Is it normal to experience pulling at the incision after breast augmentation? (See photo you can see the pulling on my rib cage) I am 2 weeks post op. If I put my hands over my head, I feel pulling on my left breast but not my right. I do a lot of yoga, so I do not want this to heal wrong. Should I make a visit to my doctor?

It is likely to just be part of your healing process, but the discomfort should be decreasing significantly this far out from surgery. There are many things to consider as possible sources and this is best assessed with an in person visit with your surgeon.
It is possible that you are able to feel the implant through your scar/skin. But a clinical examination can confirm this. I would recommend that you have a follow-up consultation with your board-certified surgeon. Best wishes.
Hello and thank you for your question. The bump that has developed is not normal and is likely a build up of fluid. I do recommend following up with your board certified plastic surgeon to have it evaluated in person. I do also recommend having it drained as it will likely not resolve by itself.
