Is it possible to make the middle portion of my lips taller without augmenting the sides? (photos)

Sorry to be a contrarian, but fillers will plump up your lip but not provide the look you want. The lips you like have visible upper teeth. This has to be done with a lip lift. Watch our videos to learn more.

You can definitely change the shape and the height of your lips with a use of hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane or Juvederm. Make sure you go to a plastic surgeon whose well versed with lip augmentations. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery

Just speaking practically, before getting an operation with a permanent scar and an effect that lasts decades, I myself would try the simpler approach first which is some fillers along the
white roll of the lips . If you don't like it, it goes away or you can dissolve it.
If you then want a lip lift you can always do that, though your lips don't look long to me. To my eye your upper lip would look abnormally short if lifted.
