If you lose weight after breast reduction & breast get smaller. If you gain weight will, your breast get bigger?

I'm 35 years old & I'm a slender woman who had a breast reduction 5 years ago I went from a size DD cup to a C cup I recently lost 20 pounds due to stress & my breast have gotten smaller I'm trying to gain the weight back & want to know if i gain weight will my breast get bigger & go back to the size they were after my surgery & before I lost weight.
