In our experience, one may be up and about after uncomplicated abdominoplasty after a few days. Most will be able to drive within 7-10 days. Heavy lifting or vigorous activities should be avoided for 4-6 weeks. 

The activities required of you for your party will determine what is permissible. It wouldn't be a bad idea to have some help.

Residual fullness after abdominoplasty is usually due to the presence of fatty tissue. Excess fatty tissue in the soft tissues or visceral fat surrounding the internal organs may play a role. The former may respond to liposuction but the latter requires diet and exercise. A less common cause is disruption of the abdominal muscle repair. 

How much weight have you gained since your surgery? A few pounds here and there won't make a difference, but 15 pounds would be significant.

I would recommend reevaluation by your surgeon to determine its cause.

Breasts of different size are extremely common. We often state that breasts "are cousins, not twins", but if the discrepancy is too significant, surgical correction is something to consider.

You may wish breast augmentation with different size implants. This is often accomplished with saline implants where one can adjust the final volume. If the skin envelope is excessive at the larger breast, causing sag, this can be corrected with a lift. 

I don't believe that breast massage is effective in increasing breast size.

Seek the advice of a board certified plastic surgeon.

Congratulations on your recent procedure. Although it is a bit early, this could represent the result of swelling or early scarring. Oral singulair or accolate (leukotrine inhibitors which suppress inflammation) may be successful if started early. Downward massage may be of benefit. A Bandeau strap placed above the breasts may exert a downward force, allowing the breast to settle.

If unsuccessful, open capsulotomy (incision of the scar surrounding the implant, thus expanding the "pocket") or capsulectomy (removal of the scar surrounding the implant) may be required. 

It is important to continue followup with your plastic surgeon who can advise you further.

Late occurring breast pain following augmentation can be the result of capsular contracture (firm breasts), lateral drifting of the implants causing nighttime discomfort, muscle spasm or injury, mastitis, or nerve injury. 

In order to determine the origin of your pain (and hopefully eliminate it), I would recommend reevaluation by your plastic surgeon...
