Shooting pain through the back of my scalp. The only thing that relieves it is ice and taking lots of ibuprofen . Please help...is this normal? I flew to another state to have FUE and can’t see dr. Called and he said “oh yeah that is normal for up to a month! Can’t sleep!

Answer: Donor area post-op Everyone heals differently but most people don't feel any type of intense pain following an FUE procedure. At 10 days post-op you are still in the range of having occasional pain or discomfort. If your Dr has said that it seems normal, just give it a few more days and if you still have concerns, seek the advice of your personal doctor in your area.

Answer: FUE The donor area is almost always normal within a week. I would worry about some problem at a month if it is still bothering you so see your doctor or another doctor who can recognize in infection is that is what the problem is
