It may take 8-12 months before seeing the final results of your hair transplant surgery. If you are concerned with the density and shape, follow up with your surgeon for an exam.

4500 grafts is large number of grafts. From the pictures it looks like the distribution targeted the thinnest areas with great density and the shape of the hairline looks good. You should have a good result once it is fully mature.

The shape of the hairline to me looks really good.  I wouldn't be able to answer the question about density unless you post a timeline on when the surgery took place.

unfortunately with hir transplant implanted  hair starts to grow in after four months and may take up to a year to see the full results. Therefore you need to wait and see. 

The design of the hairline is good.  How long has it been since you had it done? The results look like early results
