How can I fix my wide set breasts? I'm a 32C cup. (Photos)

In my 28 years of experience as a board certified Female Plastic Surgeon in Chicago and the Northshore of Chicago, I have helped thousands of women understand their options for creating more centralized natural appearing breasts. It is always best to have an in-depth consultation so that your Plastic surgeon can best explain your options once you have been examined. The key is for your Plastic surgeon to understand the relationship between the position of your breast tissue, your nipple size, shape and position on your breast and how your breasts and nipple are positioned on your chest wall. Your unique anatomy and your expectations need to be aligned for your Plastic surgeon to then offer you options. Often times a low profile implant of adequate width and small volume (size) can be positioned to provide more lateral breast appearance, thereby centralizing your breasts and nipples, while providing natural cleavage. The wonderful thing is that there are many implants that are wide enough and have low volume that meet this criteria and will provide you with a natural looking breast. The key is that your Plastic surgeon understands what you want and has the experience to achieve this outcome. I have web referenced a case in which I used a 190cc low profile implant in a women who had widely positioned breasts and nipples and merely wanted her breasts slightly more full and more centralized. Because I created a lateral pocket in addition to a medial pocket, the implant which had a wide width functioned to create lateral breasts,  allowing her nipples to look more centralized. Dear bailey0098,Many women seek improved cleavage. Narrowing the cleavage plane can be done very carefully by a skilled surgeon. Moving the implants too far medially can result in synmastia or unaboob which is very difficult to correct. best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  In order to create a more centralized appearance of your breasts, an implant could be placed to achieve this.  The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Other than augmentation, the only other procedure that might possibly achieve  the appearance of more cleavage and more central fullness is fat grafting. This means borrowing some extra fat from wherever you feel you can spare it (tummy, thighs, buttocks) and transferring that fat to the desired areas. This may require more than one procedure, and is generally less effective than breast augmentation. That said, as indicated by several of my colleagues, even though you may not be happy with your breasts, take comfort in knowing that they are entirely "normal". One word of caution. As you consider augmentation, based on your photos alone I would recommend a base width sufficient to provide adequate medial fullness, without making you significantly larger. This would probably mean selecting a moderate or low profile implant. Furthermore, there is a slight danger that with more medial fullness an optical illusion will be created that makes your nipples appear even more laterally position than they already are. Make sure you select an experienced board eligible or board certified plastic surgeon whose results appeal to you on his or her before and after gallery. Do not be reluctant to seek more than one consultation to make sure you are confident with your treatment plan and with your surgeon. Best of luck to you. 

from your photos a submuscular breast implant could help with the appearance of wide breast. Your nipples are lateral and will remain so after the surgery.make sure you find a board certified plastic surgeon.

Bailey.   Sub muscular breast  augmentation with release of your chest muscle mediately within the lower pole of your breasts should significantly improve the appearance of your wider set breasts. However, your anatomy does dictate the fact that after breast augmentation, you may not have As much improvement as you desire. Search out a board-certified plastic surgeon and discuss these specific concerns and expectations prior to your surgery. Good luck.

It is important to know that "normal breasts" encompass a broad range. Per your photos, your nipples and areola are more laterally located and the space between the breasts is narrow. if you want more volume, implants can be placed. But the challenge is to centralize the nipple on the breast mound (ie. make the nipple be in the middle of the projecting part of the breast). This means that the implants either need to be set more to the side, or the implants need to be quite large. Assuming you do not want very large implants, there will still be more of a space between your breasts. If you bring the implants "in" it will make the nipples look like they are more on the sides of the implant. Moving the nipples side to side is different than moving them up and down in terms of scars. and there is not a good way to move them sideways in my opinion. Using a 3D simulation camera/software a plastic surgeon can show you what this would look like at a consultation.

Currently there is no good technique to lift a woman’s breasts and relocate them towards the middle. Having said that, you have three options. Undergoing fat transfer. With this procedure, fat is suctioned from one part of your body and is injected into your breasts. Number two breast enlargement. Number three a combination of the above. If you are happy with your cup size you may want a low profile implant. This will give you more fullness towards the center of your chest and this will affect your cup size the least of the different profiles available. If you undergo fat injection, one would concentrate a portion of the fat over the inneraspect of your chest in order to give you more fullness in that area. I hope you find this information useful. I highly suggest you have a detailed consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Many women desire to have the "wide" appearance reduced by having increased cleavage. Ensuring you have an experienced and board-certified plastic surgeon will be best for your safety and achieving your desired look.

The two options here are breast augmentation with implants and/or fat grafting.
With implants, your pre-existing anatomy would be the limiting factor.  Because you already have more widely spaced breasts, your augmented breasts will also appear to be spaced apart.  One could dissect a pocket for your implants that is more medial than your breast tissue but this maneuver is risky because the the tissues there are thin (risking implant palpability and visibility, and symmastia), and your nipple will be also appear to be further lateralized.
With fat grafting, you could selectively target the lower medial aspects of your breasts to try to build volume here.  This disadvantage is that the volume gained will not be as significant as with implants and you may need multiple sessions to achieve your desired outcome.
