I am aware that my face is asymmetrical but I feel the older I get the more my chin moves over to the left side of my face (is that possible or am I nuts?) either that or I have never noticed how crooked it was. I am aware you cannot fix a crooked smile but is there any way to straighten out my crooked chin or shave off some bone so it does not protrude so much on one side?? My profile from the right seems to show how my chin protrudes forward more than my left.

There are two
options: orthognathic surgery or chin and mandible implants. Since orthognathic
surgery would probably require more orthodontia, implants would be more time
