The muscle that controls the frown is different than the muscle that moves the forehead up and down. So, when only the frown is treated with Botox, raising of the eyebrows should not be affected.

The 11's are caused by muscles that allow your brows to come together, as in a mad or frowning face. Treating them stops you from moving them towards each other. Raising your eyebrows uses different muscles than the ones treated in the 11's. So you should have full use of the brows after treating the 11's.
