Unfortunately fat can only be transferred to ones own body, also known as auto transplantation. Foreign fat would cause rejection and other immunologic responses.
Only a person's own fat is used in a fat transfer procedure. Another option available for buttocks augmentation is implants. I have extensive experience in buttocks augmentation surgeries and could address your questions and evaluate your candidacy in a complimentary consultation.Dr. Leonard Lu
Thanks for your question. The simple answer is no. In a Brazilian Butt Lift procedure, a person's own fat is used to enhance the shape of the buttocks.
In theory, yes but you would have to be put on immunosuppressant medications to hope for survival of it. In reality, no because no one would put you on those meds to do so with the potential risks.
Thank you very much for your question. At this time, that is not something that is done because the body would likely reject the fat from somebody else (like giving a kidney to somebody without medications to prevent rejection). In the future, this may be a possibility, but not at present.
Hello and thank you for your question. At the current time, fat is only transferred in an autologous fashion; in other words, from the person back to themself. The reason being is that the immune system recognizes non-self markers (called antigens) and would attack fat from another person and cause the fat to die along with potentially other problems. Immunosuppression medication to make transplantation possible from one person to another is unethical in an elective, non-life saving scenario and thus not practiced. Hope this helps to answer your question.Sincerely,Dr. Sean Kelishadi

A BBL contouring the hips can soften the look with perhaps a modest liposuction of the saddle bags as well. Best of luck.
Thanks for the question. After 2-3 months your surgery area is totally healed and yes you can do skiing and also do other activities. I wish you all the best.
