Is it Normal after BBL get Dizzy and Headaches?

BBL after Surgery Today is my Second day from Surgery had done a BBL, every time i stand to go to the bathroom i get dizzy and feel like my pressure is getting low i get red and feel like am going to faint , will this be Normal? Should i get my first message today or wait to see the doctor on Saturday?

Hi... thank you for the question and photos... From your BMI you do not have to loose weight, but to improve your results i suggest you to loose some pounds during your preparation for your surgery....
