I always ask my patient at her first appointment: "Point to where want me to take fat, and where you want me to put it."  In your case you may point at your saddle bags, while others love their's. See a board certified plastic surgeon, who operates at a certified facility and has done a ton of BBLs and you will be in good hands. Ask to see photos of women who look like you and to see thier after photo. Don't be too shy to ask; how many of these have you done last year? Don't settle for vague answers and good luck.r

A BBL contouring the hips can soften the look with perhaps a modest liposuction of the saddle bags as well. Best of luck.

You have a great shape for a BBL.  You have what is called an "A" frame shape and with liposuction and fat transfer your shape can greatly be improved.  If you look closely at your photos, your saddlebags by themselves are not the issue.  You are deficient in the area above your lateral thigh and this area is commonly augmented with fat during a BBL.  Best wishes and always consult with a plastic surgeon board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. 

You can reshape the buttock area with liposuction of the areas you do not like and fat is transferred to enhance the buttocks and hip areas.The sadle bags or lateral thighs can be smoothed with liposuction.It is a matter of communicating with your plastic surgeon and imaging can be very helpful in the communications of what you desire
