I am interested in having a BBL procedure and have been researching board certified and experienced surgeons and checking out the before and after photos of their BBL patients and have yet to find anyone who has the same saddlebag issues as myself. I have included photos of my trouble areas and of my desired result. Is it possible to get rid of this shape with liposuction during BBL?

Answer: Yes You have a great shape for a BBL. You have what is called an "A" frame shape and with liposuction and fat transfer your shape can greatly be improved. If you look closely at your photos, your saddlebags by themselves are not the issue. You are deficient in the area above your lateral thigh and this area is commonly augmented with fat during a BBL. Answer: BBL You can reshape the buttock area with liposuction of the areas you do not like and fat is transferred to enhance the buttocks and hip areas.The sadle bags or lateral thighs can be smoothed with liposuction.It is a matter of communicating with your plastic surgeon and imaging can be very helpful in the communications of what you desire
