Would CO2 laser for festoons be helpful? Received 2 completely different price quotes from 2 plastic surgeons (Photo)

festoons will NOT go away with lasers, they will improve with laser and RF treatments but will not completely go away. you look as if you need a combination of lasers, fillers, and long term RF treatments.  you maybe a better candidate for eyelid surgery as well but your expectations have to be well set. there is promise for Agnus and other MNRF devices like Fractora and morpheus to help improve this so long term I would suggest this every few months. Best, Dr. Emer.

Use of a fractional laser device is unlikely to rid yourself of festoons. Depending on your expectations, you might be disappointed. As far as the price difference, it could be something as simple as difference in overhead costs. At this price point difference, it may not indicate a difference in quality.
