Would CO2 laser for festoons be helpful? Received 2 completely different price quotes from 2 plastic surgeons (Photo)

I'm 43, in 11/18 I had a really bad cat scratch in my mouth. Shortly after, I suddenly developed festoons that wont go away. I went to 2 plastic surgeons for consultations. They both suggested CO2 laser. My concern is that one quoted $1200, he's a Board Certified Plastic surgeon. The other quoted me $750 for the same procedure, he's Board certified inFacial, cosmetic, plastic, reconstructive and Otolaryngology. Why would they be such a price difference? Which should I steer away from?
