There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles. Thank you for the photos. It appears that you have a tear trough deformity. A more simple option for this area is to have hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane to your lower eyelid area to smooth and lighten the shadows from hollowing in the area. There is minimal downtime but it will last for less than a year before you need more filler injected. If you have prominent eyebags (it is not clear due to the blurring of your photos), then you may be better served by reducing the eyebags and respositioning the existing fat to blend away the tear trough. A CO2 laser can help tighten the skin, but will not address the puffiness or bags which are accentuating the tear trough line. For the best treatment options, it is important to visit an expert for an in-person examination.
