Will a small asymmetry cause a breast to not look round or has it not dropped yet? Left breast-right in pictures. I’ll be 8 weeks in 2 days and no changes since 5 weeks. I’m starting to freak out that this is it. Dr said I had a small preop asymmetry but I’m concerned with the shape not the size. It doesn’t look round like a breast. Will it eventually round out? At what point should I be worried? Both are soft and movable. 450cc silicone mod+ under muscle 13.2 & 13.4 BWD.

Answer: Will My Breasts Even Out? Thank you for your photos. You did and still do have a minor asymmetry between your breasts. This is very common. It does appear that the left breast is a little bit higher than the right side. It can take up to (and sometimes longer) for breasts to "settle" in their final position. Please be patient and continue to follow up with your surgeon. Sometimes a minor procedure is needed to even the implant positions. Good Luck. Dr. Gervais.

Answer: Breast Aug Results Thank you for your question. You are still in the healing process. Keep in mind it is not uncommon to have swelling. Breasts may not heal at the same rate, causing one breast to appear different than the other. It can take up to 12 weeks for the implants to settle and you to see the final result. Give it a bit more time and follow up with your board certified surgeon to address your concern. Good luck!
