I recently had Radiesse into my smile lines, cheeks and chin area and about 2 units of botox ea for crows feet. The doctor put a little more filler on the right side because it was my week side. Also, he tweaked my right chin a few times to get it "just right". It looks a little more swollen on the right side but not crazy. Now only when I smile, the right side of my face shakes or twitch. Then it kind of aches after. Are my muscles tired or could something have gone wrong with the injections.

I think that you actually look great after filler injections around your mouth! You shouldn't expect to completely alter your look forever. As you know, fillers are temporary injectables that are metabolized by the body. If you are looking for something else, then you should...
Radiesse has been proven to NOT turn into bone or promote bone growth when injected to this area. I use it on the bottom of the feet to supply support to athletes and those who wear high heals a lot. Best, Dr. Emer.
