If I have 34A sized breast, would 600cc look outrageously huge on an hourglass body, what bra size would that be? (Photos)

After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of former patients with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. Hello, thank you for your question. A board certified plastic surgeon will be able to guide you to the correct size implant. Based upon measurements of your chest wall and breast imprint width as well as knowledge of all breast implant sizes and profiles should make this process easy. Try on a profile bra with various silicone cc sizers your PS recommends under a tailored blouse, tank top, bikini, workout clothes, and other garments you typically wear so that you have the best idea of whether the garments fit as desired with the implant selected. Select the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy. Choosing an implant based on an aesthetic goal that exceeds your anatomic capacity may lead to complications and possibly revision.

Please ask your surgeon if you can try on 600c sizers. Make sure to bring a bra that would fit these and a tight t-shirt so you can better see how you’d look. While computer imaging can help give you an idea of how you’ll look, it’s also helpful to try on sizers so you can see how it would feel to have 600cc implants.

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. For nearly all patients 600cc implants would be quite large, and difficult to place into a patient starting with a 34A appearance. I would definitely take the time to seek out second consultations that will allow you try sizers on to get a better visual representation of the outcome.

Photo simulation software is a marketing tool to sell surgery, but it does poorly at what it should do: give the patient an idea of how they'll look proportionately. To determine an appropriate sized implant to meet your aesthetic goals, sizing should be performed in the office with purpose built sizers, an unpadded sports bra, a few of your favorite tops, and a full length mirror. Beyond your aesthetic goals however, you should realize that you can't simply get any size you want, and your body has a biodimensional limit as to how much it can handle before your risk of complications increases substantially. You have constricted breasts, and historically those that do have an elevated risk of complications, mostly due to placement of implants too large for the patient's soft tissue envelope. You need to be evaluated by an expert who has a busy practice and who isn't afraid to say 'NO' to an implant too large for your body.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Size is often a natter of taste and opinion, however I’ve seen many women who regretted getting implants that large. I advise 500 cc max.

To be honest, those images arent giving you a real look. 600 cc wont look that small on you. In my opinion, 600cc is a way too big implant for you since youre not a A cup, that can break your skin a little bit and give you really notorious stretch marks. So, I recommend you to try first with a 400cc implants and in a couple of years change them to a bigger size if you please.

Going so big its not a good idea.

I think you are an excellent candidate for XL implants- I perform over 200 XL augmentations a year, you won't find anyone with more experience. However, I don't like those fake imaging systems- they are just a marketing tool to recruit you for surgery in my opinion. You should start with real photos of real patients from your chosen surgeon- can he or she show you dozens of examples of 600cc augmentations they have personally performed and do you find them attractive? Can they show you patients with your type of anatomy they have operated on in the past and do you find their results attractive? The imaging is all fine and good but the computer isn't operating on you- the surgeon is. I've know some very technologically advanced surgeons who can't operate their way out of a wet paper bag. In my office I start by measuring your chest, then we review photos together- real results on real patients, and then I have you bring several different tops and try on the implant sizers in a surgical bra- this is the approach I have found which works best for choosing the correct size and profile.

I would suggest going back to your surgeon and actually trying on a pair of 600 cc implants so you can see the size on you and feel the weight on your shoulders. These are large and heavy implants for most women.
