My PS said based on my stats she'd only take me up to 485cc silicone. I'd like bigger. Is that possible without causing problem (bottoming out, etc)? I'd like to do 600cc and love the fake rounded look. Currently, my breast width is 14.9cm and I weigh approx. 115 lbs. I'd like to fit into a 32H or HH. I don't feel like she's willing to take me as big as I could go.
Answer: Implants I do not understand why you want to go bigger and have heavy large breasts pulling on your neck and shoulders, and bra straps digging into your skin. However, implants will not "fill" up your breasts, but just give you bigger and still sagging breasts. You might want to consider a lift instead and not add volume.

Answer: I am currently a 32DDD. My PS said she'd only take me up to 485 silicone. Can I go bigger than that Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Without being able to take dimensions of key breast parameters it is difficult to offer definite advice. I would seek out second opinions from local surgeons to assess your candidacy for larger implant sizes.

Answer: Choosing the right size breast implants for you. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of former patients with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size breast implant is right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the implants have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Size Selection Good evening! It's hard to tell from the posted photo, but it sounds like you do indeed need to go bigger to achieve the result you want- I perform over 200 XL augmentations a year (600cc and above), and done properly they do not have a higher complication rate than smaller implants!

Answer: Implant size and type Dear Blondebrabuster, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.
