Hello, as you have mentioned in your post, the difference in size between the two implants is very small so regardless of your choice the final result will likely be similar. In general, larger implants are associated with a higher risk of postoperative problems (rippling, numbness, etc) but again these implants are very close in size. Your own surgeon will be the best source of advice to finalize your implant selection since they have done a full assessment.
