i just had my gynecomastia surgery done a week ago. lipo and excision. my left nipple is hard and a little puffy, but chest is okay. while my right nipple is normal flat looking (a lot better than left). will my left nipple appearance now still change, since its only been a week? im quite worried. im thinking maybe its just the swelling? thank you.

If the use of marijuana or steroids or even some prescription drugs continue after male breast reduction surgery, there is a small chance some regrowth may occur.
It's hard to answer for certain without a proper consult, but it sounds like your problem is excess tissue under the nipple which can be surgically removed. Of course you should schedule a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to be sure you receive the correct treatment for your issue...
You are likely experiencing residual tissue under the nipples. Seek a plastic surgeon with specialty training in #gynecomastia surgery, has great photos, and is an expert in male breast reduction.
