Hi I have significant upper inner thigh loose skin. A surgeon recommend a crescent thigh lift but i really don't want groin scars, seems many migrate down the leg. Is there a way to just do an inner horizontal scar without one in the groin?

When a patient wants skin laxity addressed the goal is not only to remove the excess skin, but also to have a natural, smooth contour as a result.  Incisions are needed in order to accomplish this.  An exam or photos would be needed to determine the best way to address your skin laxity while minimizing incisions.
