I had a gynocomastia mastectomy with liposuction 6 months ago, currently I have constantly been second guessing whether I still have some tissue, scar tissue or loose skin as whilst I don’t have the best posture due to years of living with gyno, the nipple still protrudes and looks puffy, although when I raise my arms they appear flat
