BBL sx Mnths the bottom corners and middle bottom dips down and looks like an arrow pointing down. Would I be able to get this liposuctioned out and then the bottom corner edges filled in to give me an upside down heart. Would the skin retract back okay in the center? I originally had a square shaped bottom. Also one cheek curves in and has a bit of a dog ear. Is there another type of surgery I need?
