Hello, thank you for your question. I would not recommend liposuction, you may need an inferior buttock lift. However, a physical examination is required to determine what is the best plan for you.

It is not clear how far out from surgery you are? If not yet at least 6 months postop, more changes are likely occur as the fat continues to mold and/or melt away. Either way your “pointed bottom middle” concern will likely not get better on its own. Depending how it settles in at the at least six month mark, it may be best treated by a “lower buttock tuck”. If you are additionally looking for more buttock projection then you may want to consider transitioning over to buttock implants as well which provide a much more reliable and sustained permanent result. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.
