Masturbation caused hair fall and bald. Can the hair grow back?

I'm 26, I used to maturbat every day since 2004..I realized I got bald at my 18th. now I'm taking treatment for hair regrowth (PRP). Still my hair is thin and bald in back side. Can I get hair back in my head? should I stop maturation during treatment? after I stopped maturation, hair fall stopped but regrowth is possible? how many times I can do maturbation per week ?? Please help me.
