Will PRP injected in the beard region cause hair to grow faster and thicker?

I am 19 years old. My beard hair (cheeks and goatee region) is covered with small vellus hair. The hairs are very thin and small and haven't matured. Will PRP injected in the beard region quicken and thicken the beard? Thanks

PRP is not necessary after a hair transplant surgery. If your doctor is recommending it, then follow up with your doctor.  We have offered PRP for over two years after hair transplant surgery and did not see remarkable difference.
