Hello,Prp , minoxidil and finasteride is a very powerful combination for hair loss, use it minimum of 3 months
Medications such as Propecia or Rogaine does not always grow back "lost" hairs. PRP is the same. See a doctor for a proper exam and treatment options.
In general, these medications can help but they don't help everyone. Finasteride helps the most (around 40-50% can expect significant improvement) followed by PRP and minoxidil (being less effective). Hair can improve, but usually not back to the original density. It takes 6-9 months to see an effect (if it is going to occur at all.
It is difficult to answer you without seeing you, because if your hair is already pretty thin (i.e. less than 40 microns) you may not be able to recover the loss hair mass. Above that diameter you might have a chance. A few principles to keep in mind;1) Using multiple modalities to treat your hair loss (i.e. minoxidil PLUS finasteride PLUS LLLT etc.) typically has more of an effect than each one does individually, even if you added them up (i.e. their effect together is multiplicatecative, not just additive)2) The earlier you start, the better your results3) No matter what the treatment is - surgery, finasteride, monixidil, PRP, LLLT, you name it, it will take 6-18 months to get the full effect. To quote the character Westley from the movie The Princess Bride, "Anyone who tells you differently is selling something."
