are these kinds of procedures(pics) possible in the west ? they seem to do allot of it in korea .. I have pretty high and kinda wide cheekbones and it looks a bit harsh for a girl.. is there anything else possible ? my face shape is oval , its wide at the cheekbones and narrower where the chin is, also a high forehead.
