Can I change my cheekbones and my face shape? (Photo)

Question

are these kinds of procedures(pics) possible in the west ? they seem to do allot of it in korea .. I have pretty high and kinda wide cheekbones and it looks a bit harsh for a girl.. is there anything else possible ? my face shape is oval , its wide at the cheekbones and narrower where the chin is, also a high forehead.

Hello, hope you are well. These images are showing before and after facial skeletal contouring . . . and what appears to be very liberal use of photoshop/filters. You can tell based on the change in eye and nasal shape, skin texture/color, and the perspective of the photos. At The Spiegel Center, we routinely perform cheekbone, jaw, and forehead contouring to feminize the facial structure. I would recommend that you study untouched before and after photos of these procedures to give you a realistic sense of outcomes (you can find on our website drspiegel.com).
