Eyes completely lack support: what's the solution for me? (Photos)

Question

My lid-cheek junction is horrible. My lower lids completely lack support because of weak cheekbones. When I lift my cheeks, I get a smooth lid-cheek junction and look refreshed. What procedure will help me get nice lid support? Please don't recommend fillers. I don't want to keep injecting my face with HA fillers that cause issues down the road. I'm looking for a surgical option. Thank you.

It is hard to tell from the photos that you have provided, and a consultation is required to give an answer.  It looks, from your picture like a mid-face lift would benefit you.  This is performed through a small incision in the temple, and can sometimes (in the right patient) be performed under local. If you have "bags" under the eyes, they would have to be addressed.  Find an experienced surgeon who has performed many mid-face lifts with long term follow-up,  as it can be a "tricky" procedure to get right.
