Answer: Facial Contouring with Fillers (Juvederm Voluma, Vollure, Volbella, Radiesse, Bellafil), Sculptra, Fat Grafting, Implants Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fillers are quite popular, but you may want to consider implants instead. Cheek implants are very straightforward to place in the office under local anesthesia. There is no visible scar, and the down time is minimal.
