Fatty nasolabial folds, what's it called & how to treat? (Photos)

Hi there! I have very prominent fatty nasiolabial folds (or perhaps it goes by a diffrent name?). I’m not sure what to call them but they are basically an overhand of fat. You can see them clearly in the photos provided. Please let me know what this is called and what can be done to treat it. I really appreciate it!
