Alternatives to surgical neck lift, lower jowling?

After a horrible experience on a second Neck Lift. I would just like to Try to tighten skin , Fillers Botox for for wrinkles etc I realize the Best way is surgery but that's not a choice for me ( refer to previous photos) Thank You for any suggestions

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

A combination of non-surgical options like Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, Ultherapy and Thermage would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck. VASER Liposuction (with ThermiRF, Renuvion and InMode FaceTite) is a great alternative for contouring and tightening the chin and neck and can be combined with a neck lift at the same time, if you're a candidate. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to develop a long-term treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer.

I would say a good non-surgical alternative to a surgical face/neck lift would be Ultherapy.  This would not produce the same extent of tightening that surgery would, but I have seen good results with the treatment.  It is also possible that fillers and Botox could enhance the appearance in addition to the tightening achieved with Ultherapy.

You may want to explore FaceTite if you are not wanting a surgical lift.  This procedure uses RF technology to tighten skin.  There is no general anesthesia required for this option.  I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Thank you for asking this important question. A few photographs would be helpful to address your question. I like to think of the neck region in terms of the skin and fat in the neck. There are new agents such as kybella and cool sculpting that can be used to address the fat. Often times if there is not an excessive amount of skin the skin may contract.
