See from your photo that you do not appear to have a well -formed antihelical fold, and perhaps your earlobe sticks out a bit. It appears that you have misalignment between your earlobe and the rest of your ear. It could be realigned with surgery. I’ve never seen this condition either.
You have a partial microtia of your ear - which is just a generic way of saying an irregularity of ear development. Fortunately, it's not too severe at all. Through the computer and with this one photo it would seem to be a fairly quick improvement.

I advise my patients to avoid contact sports for 6-8 weeks and non-contact sports for 2 to 3 weeks following otoplasty. Boxing, kick boxing and wrestling represent special situations since the ears can suffer significant trauma with these sports. 5 years is very sufficient.
