I have old (>2years) filler which has migrated at the corners of my top lip especially. I’m thinking of getting the filler partially dissolved (which I’ve had done before so I know it can be possible!) - but I’d like to get a Botox lip flip during the same appointment. Is this possible, medically speaking?

I recommend waiting at least 2 weeks post Botox before having dental work. It takes 10-14 days for Botox results to show, and it would be best to see results first.
Botox may help with reducing how much the nostrils flare out on the sides when smiling. I would start with trying Botox in several areas to reduce the nasal flaring that you dislike. More of a trial and error situation. If this does not succeed, you should contact a trusted doctor to see what...
Botox is not indicated for the depressions you develop when smiling or squinting. Sagging and loss of volume need to be addressed with fillers. Please consult an experienced dermatologist for assessment of the best placement of fillers for you.
