Hello, I’m 26 yo, 5’7, 125 lb I had 275 CC polytech tear drop silicone implants with polyurethane coating put in 4 years ago. I would like to explant because I feel the implants no longer fit my body and are uncomfortable when I lay on the side, etc. A local surgeon has recommended an explant without lift and leaving the capsule in. He thinks I will bounce back to nearly what I had before implants due to young age and not having had kids. I hope he is right but would like a second opinion.
