Nose surgery or chin surgery? In profile the nose and chin are seen in relation to each other. a large nose will often make a weak chin look even weaker or vice versa a week chin will make alarge nose look even larger. A common procedure in patients with a large nose and small chin is to do a Rhinoplasty and chin augmentation at the same time. It is better to avoid using selfies or mobile phone images for the simulations because they produce significant distortion of the facial features and will make it difficult design changes with reasonable accuracy.
